Hello, I am looking to use E2PDF for staff contracts and onboarding documents. To be able to manage the whole process in one place I would like to know if I could do the following.

I would like to have a contract with fields mapped from two different places. The manager needs to fill in the fields for hourly rate, hours of work per week, and other information like that. The employee needs to fill in their contact details and add their signature.

Is it possible for two different people with two different forms to populate a single pdf?

Hi,

Unfortunately, E2Pdf can't merge 2 form submissions into a single PDF with Forminator. However, you can try to build functionality when submitted entries by the manager and the user will be merged into a "single" custom submission which will have data from both submissions (in 3rd form) and this form will generate PDF with all the data.

Great, glad to know there is a solution. How would I accomplish that?

Hi,

I'm aware that it requires custom development directly on your website so you need to check with PHP developers about the implementation of such behavior. You can also try to contact Forminator as maybe they have some pre-built PHP hooks as unfortunately, we do not take any 3rd party development at this moment due to the overload and the question is more related to form plugin functionality. If you will be able to merge data into "single" dataset it must not be any problem to generate PDF from that "merged" submission.
