The problem is actually explained quickly. I wanted to assign my template, but extensions are no longer displayed.

To test it, I integrated the (PDF attachment) into a new page with a new form.

After that everything was gone. I undid everything.

Hello,

Can you please attach some screenshots? Did you integrate it with the Elementor Form or Elementor Page? Which shortcode and how it was placed?

As you can see in the picture, I can no longer select an extension.

But this already happened once before I carried out this test

the form was created on one page. The data should be bound into the PDF after sending the form.

This all worked once too. Only now suddenly everything is gone.

Can you check please if you didn't disable all extensions by mistake?

Go please to "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" -> "Extensions". The settings must be as shown on the screenshot attached.

yes, now we are back in the game

I read it as "what do you want to allow the extensions for" - enabled and not disabled

That's exactly where the error lay. Now it works again
