Hello, we have a shortcode in our products for downloading certificates. When entering the link: [removed]

we receive a message about 'no file present'. The export works correctly, we can see the PDFs, but the shortcode leads to errors.

We use it to generate links on products related with learn press

- Which shortcode do you use under the File Download URL?

The setup looks correct if the ID of the E2Pdf Template is correct.

Can you please temporarily try to put the shortcode [e2pdf-download id="1"] to the Product description and see if it will generate a PDF URL and it can be opened?

Odd. The URL is sanitized for some reason. It has amp; instead of &

Can you please enable URL Rewrite at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" and check if there will be any changes with the WooCommerce product download? Keep please default format.
