I am using the free version of your software before making my purchase and i am getting an error when i try to map my form that reads, "You have already submitted that form". Hidden fields is not checked, but replace value and auto-close is checked. I just downloaded version 1.22 of e2pdf and I'm using the most recent version of Formidable forms. I'm not sure why my form won't map, but i have the pdf loaded and I've selected the data source to pull from. Please help.

Hello,

Unfortunately, it's not a common issue. Is it happening with any other form or just with the current one? If just with the current one - can you please backup the E2Pdf Template and attach it to the next message? https://e2pdf.com/docs/templates/backup. Keep all options by default.

You can mark the message "Private" so only we can see the message.

Or as an alternative, if it's acceptable, you can submit a support ticket with access details to the WP Admin Dashboard so we can try to replicate the issue on your side directly: https://e2pdf.com/support/request
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

I figured it out. It was because I had completed the form as a sample, it wouldn't allow me to set things up. Once i removed my submission, it worked. Thanks for the follow ups.

Hello,

Thanks for the clarification. "You have already submitted that form" in Visual Mapper happened because your form has a limitation of entries. We could replicate it on our side and will fix it with the next update.

As for the other issue, do you get a PDF URL but the PDF remains empty? Or is the PDF completely not generated and you are missing the PDF download / PDF attachment?
