Are any of the information from the forms saved on your servers when .pdf files are generated? Is it GDPR friendly?

Is it possible to use the setup without using the online APIs? Because its forms with social security numbers etc. Very delicate to have on a server on internet.

Do you have an intranet plugin? Cannot have data on servers in the cloud. Its too delicate.

I can read something about an old intranet plugin here:
https://e2pdf.com/support/desk/gdpr-compliant

Hope you can help me.Thank you.

Hi,

We do not collect or store any web form submitted user private data that is sent to the API.

As about "offline" or "intranet" versions - unfortunately no, there is no yet such version and currently PDFs can be generated only via our API.

As about old intranet plugin, it's related to FPRO2PDF: https://www.formidablepro2pdf.com/ which can work only with Formidable Forms.

We remain at your service.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hi,

Thx for your answer.

Information must be kept offline.
So the intranet approach is the way to go.

Ok. I will try formidableforms.
Where can I get the intranet plugin?

Thank you so much :)

FPRO2PDF will require PDF to be pre-created inside Adobe or with any other PDF builder + you will need to use pdftk which must be installed on server for offline usage.

You can download plugin here and test it for free to be sure if it will your needs: https://wordpress.org/plugins/formidablepro-2-pdf/

On the page there is also video explanation how to use it.
