I can't get the signature to show on the pdf. It's stored in the gf/signatures folder. Have tried signature field and image field. Still no go. Help! It pulls in all the other fields. Help. Are the extensions built in or is that something else to download?

Hi,

Do you need to show static signature? Or it's dynamic gravity forms signature via its addon?

Did you try to map signature field via "Visual" mapper?

Can you please share some screenshots or define which values are you using for "signature" or "image" fields?

Hi,

In image I tried [98] where 98 is the id.

Same in Signature field for visual mapper also tried {Signature:98}

It will return the url as a string like https:/example.com?page=gf_signature&signature=5cfa6060ae3d94.25597337 but not render the image

I also tried to wrap it in html img and I get this on the export page.

IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL: https://EXAMPLE.com?page=gf_signature&signature=5cfa6060ae3d94.25597337

It seems your server giving incorrect response code by some reason instead of 200, which is needed to correct detection if signature exists or not. When you are opening url in browser, do you see image? If it's possible, can you please share a link to any test signature?

P.S. You can mark message private so only we can see the url, and check its response code.

Oleksandr,

I think we have it under control. We had it on a staging site that was using a rewrite mechanism that was causing issues.

Thanks for your time.
