Multi year license

I was having discussion regarding Formidable pro 2 pdf here:

However we see E2PDF will server our purpose better. Is it possible to purchase E2pdf license for 5 years? (and if any discount on purchasing 5 years at once?)

Could you please arrange payment link for 1 Site/2 Templates and also for 1 Site/1 Template both? We will see what is the final price of both and will purchase one of them.

On another note when we can expect Gravity forms support/release?

Unfortunately Gravity Forms extension was a bit delayed as we expected it on 1st quarter of 2019. Now release date is moved to 2nd quarter of 2019, so we expect it in nearest time. As soon as it will be released we update information on our website.
